Nice product but production time was not reasonable.

Shipping took a little longer than expected, but seller did their best to keep me updated. Love them and they’re exactly what I was looking for

I absolutely love these ears and got lots of compliments on them during my trip to Disney World. My one comment would be that the "hair" on the ears did start shedding off at one point during the day, but it didn't lose much of the material.

Absolutely gorgeous!! I bought these Ursula ears for my mom for Christmas (Ursula is her favorite Disney villian!) and she was absolutely THRILLED! They are just beautiful, so well-crafted and look like they will hold up well over time. I was on a tight timeline getting the ears ordered and delivered before Christmas, and Christen was phenomenal at responding quickly to my questions about shipping and made sure they were delivered before the holidays. Amazing customer service, and absolutely gorgeous product!! We are headed to Disneyland for a family vacation soon, and I'm so excited to see my mom wearing her new Ursula ears around the park :) Thank you, Christen!!
